This included thousands of transactions each month that were coded for internal tracking purposes, so the normal bank feed into QuickBooks was not an option. FOSS Business Solutions installed a cloud application that imports transactions and lists from Excel into QuickBooks. FOSS provided training on how to prepare the data for upload. Twice per month, FOSS is provided with the data and seamlessly uploads large amounts of data into the company’s QuickBooks file.

The client has access to valuable QuickBooks reporting much quicker and saved over $1,500/mo by eliminating the need of paying for time-consuming manual data entry.
